MADEN Hotel

I would first like to highlight the kindness and responsiveness of the hotel staff. Upon my arrival, my first room (902) was unfortunately exposed to continuous noise coming from outside, probably from an air-conditioning unit. I simply reported the issue to the reception, and the team quickly found a solution by moving me to another room, 1208, which was much quieter. I truly appreciated this level of care and attention. To me, this kindness reflects the exceptional hospitality and warm welcome that Saudi people extend to their guests. As for the hotel itself, everything was excellent: impeccable cleanliness, a very convenient location close to the Haram, an excellent breakfast, and service that fully met my expectations. Everything was perfect and made my stay comfortable, peaceful, and enjoyable. After this experience, I no longer need to look for another place to stay in Madinah: Maden is my address! A big thank you to the entire team for this wonderful stay and for your outstanding hospitality.

Fantastic hotel! A great place to stay with an excellent location and outstanding service. Everything was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I've noticed some of the security guards' behaviour has been rude, especially Arabic speaker.

The proximity to the mosque, the friendly security staff and reception staff and the minimal queues for the lifts

Rooms were not cleaned only when we requested even though the ‘clean my room’ sign was highlighted they cleaned in between days. Construction work outside our hotel which we had not been made aware off and the work was happening during the night aswell as during the day so sleep was very disrupted.
