They need to be more flexible regarding late checkout as most of the surrounding hotels do Especially if they have availability

Very friendly staff. Bell man went out of his way to help us find taxi on a very busy day. Rukebul Islam, the guy who cleaned our rooms daily, made sure we had everything we needed. He was extremely helpful to make our stay comfortable.

They can improve with their buffet breakfast.

It is under rated

I have been visiting medina Munawarah for the last around 45 plus years. This is the best one I have even been stayed. I have visited with my mother and siblings. my mother has been very much delighted and asked me to stay in the same hotel every time. thank you staff & booking .com for arranging this good property.
