The most important part is people. I booked and had to change dates, called the property and they expected any charges.
That is the biggest sign that they not motivated for profit, but for people.
Also the staff at breakfast saw me leave early one day and rushed over asking of all is well and if I don’t like stuff on menu, they can make something special so I have something to eat. That’s genuine hospitality.
It’s just a very high quality property with attention to detail and a seamless experience. I can see the continuous and new renovations that have happened here as well.
Bring back the guy serving coffee and dates.
