Radisson Blu Hotel Tromsø

Lovely hotel in Tromso. Good breakfast.

Reasonably spacious room for 3, very practical room design, pleasant view. Great location, very friendly and helpful staff.

There was an unfortunate issue with the room lighting, but the staff offered generous alternative options.

Good buffet breakfast.

The location was convenient, especially for the cruise terminal, and breakfast was good. It was nice to have a sauna.

The cost for an extremely small and standard room (although called 'premium') was outragiously high. I paid extra for a sea view room but this view was only a 'side' view over the top of other buildings. The immediate view was of scaffolding and skips on the back of another building. When I first arrived, I was given the key to a room which was not made up. I then had to cart my luggage back downstairs (there was no offer of any help with luggage) and wait for more than an hour for the room to be cleaned. This really is a basic hotel for more than £400 per night.
