The location is perfect, downtown, center of the city, couldn’t be better, the bus to the airport stops in front of the door. For the price the room was great - I had a single bed which was small but comfortable, breakfast had everything I had ever seen in a Norwegian country in terms of variety and quality.
Nothing really - the value for this hotel is great.

Perfekte Lage, direkt im Zentrum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Gutes und leckeres Frühstück. Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen gleich gegenüber.

Es gab jeden Tag ein hervorragendes Frühstück mit allem was man möchte, den ganzen Tag standen Tee, Kaffee und Kekse zur freien Verfügung, darüber hinaus gab es jeden Abend Waffeln mit Marmelade, Käse oder Nutella zum selber machen.
Die Betten sind extrem weich.

Morgenmaden var helt fantastisk, med alt hvad hjertet begærer, og noget for enhver smag.
Helt perfekt at der var adgang til kaffe og te, og småkager/kage døgnet rundt.
Beliggenheden var også helt fantastisk; lige i centrum. Tæt på aktiviteter, butikker, spisesteder, turist info osv

Ausreichend großes Zimmer mit u.a. 2 Sesseln.
Blick auf den Fjord, die Lage ist super zentral.

The location is very good, close to the city center and just a few steps from many restaurants, the pier and next to the bus stop for the airport.
My only small complaint is about the TV in the room. It wasn't working, but the receptionist offered to replace it, so it was not a big deal.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, nice breakfast and spacious apartment.
Not any closet in the apartment, we had our clothes in the luggages and chairs. Some of the window stores didn’t close properly which was disturbing durin our stay because it is the period with 24 hrs light

Requested twin beds as I was sharing with a colleague. Was given a small double bed.

the staffs are friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect, within a few steps we can reach the peers and all pick up locations of our booked activities are very closed to us.

The staff was very welcoming! The breakfast was outstanding and the entire facility was absolutely stunning! We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely visit again.

Location is perfect, just 100 or 200 m away from every pick up point of activities. Hotel reception was very supportive and provide every information to the tourists. Staffs were very good. Breakfast had so many options, good for vegetarian as well.
I just didn’t like the room cleaning as I stayed for 4 days, still rooms were not cleaned properly. Bedsheets/ Blanket covers were not changed or arranged just towel change and normal cleaning.

Great location, clean comfortable rooms. like the lounge areas to have a coffee and slice of the cakes provided by the hotel.
