Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff, big, comfy room, nice view, exceptional breakfast buffet. If you get the chance, go up to the top floor - the view of Tromsø from the terrace is just breathtaking.

No free parking on site, but there is a parking garage and a parking lot near the hotel.

Great location, new hotel, nice gym

The bathroom sink in our room did not work from check-in. We reported it the next morning and were told it would be fixed, but it wasn’t dealt with until our final evening. When it was finally fixed, we were told that we should have opened the water valve under the sink ourselves — something guests should obviously not be expected to troubleshoot. We also specifically asked at check-in whether everything was paid and were told yes. At check-out, we were suddenly told payment was still due. When we explained what we had been told, the response was simply that they had “new employees.” Very disappointing and unprofessional for a hotel of this standard.
