The room was very comfortable and clean. The firm mattress gave us a good night's sleep.
We were disappointed that we were not able to get parking for 2 of the three nights of our stay.

Staff was friendly and professional. Location of the hotel was great with good access to city and tram. Property was well maintained and quiet. Property and rooms was clean. Breakfast served was delicious and on-time.
- Requested for reception team to get jug of water but after couple of calls/ reminder to the team I didn't receive any and had to run downstairs to buy bottle water for kids.
- Bathroom showers had a leak
- There was some unknown guest from other room who was accidentally able to open our room door. On checking the reception team accidentally gave incorrect access

Clean and Great location
Never any towels by the pool

Indoor pool and city centre location.
Decor in the room was very dated and the room was far too small for a family room. Price was too high for an old hotel.
