Location is good
Average beds and bed linen was terrible.

One of the best hotel rooms that I have stayed in at any price. We were in a Studio room which had everything you could need. We did not require the facilities for eating in the room but they were available.
The bathroom was private, large and well equipped. I never like the modern open plan bathrooms so this was perfect. The bed was comfortable with good pillows. There was a small lounge and 2 chairs and a table so very practical. Easy to adjust air conditioning. The room could be made very dark but subtle night lights available. Extremely quiet with very quick secure lifts. The cafe attached had a good breakfast menu and an excellent coffee selection. Within walking distance of Canberra central and Floriade. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Bars and restaurants behind the hotel.
Fridge needed defrosting. 😆

Good location for convention centre when many hotels are some distance away. Comfortable and clean. Feels more like serviced apartments than a hotel.

Great
Petty but 2ply toilet paper and the construction work around the building
