Great location. Comfortable bed and room. I couldn’t open the door to the balcony, so I rang reception. Someone came up straight away and offered me another room.

Terrible lighting in the bathroom!
Have to put on makeup in front of the wardrobe mirror where the light is better.
No white sugar for cups of tea, only raw sugar which is used for coffee not tea.
You need to train your wait staff better as I needed to ask for a teaspoon in the restaurant for my pot of tea with milk & sugar.
