A good location for us, close to ANU. A comfortable room though rather small. Quite nicely furnished though rather cramped and not much hanging or storage space. Very quiet.
Staff were friendly.
No routine housekeeping during a 3 night visit
Hotel renovations meant walking to an adjacent hotel for breakfast - ok distance but breakfast was a la carte and underwhelming.

Great location
Can seem complicated when using the underground parking.
Terrible water pressure in the shower ☹️

Staff were really friendly & helpful
There was a stain on the sheet which looked like blood & the doona also had blood on it, which looked like it had been there for a while.
Construction in progress so no room service or restaurant in which did not know about till after we had booked the room & no refunds.

Great Location, lovely reception staff, quiet and accessible to all Canberra has to offer
Renovation in progress, no food service on site.
Rooms were a good size, comfy bed and bedding , however, dated and bedhead needed reupholstering or replacement and bed side light needed repair.
