Likes the room and facilities.
The parking was difficult near meriton. It made check in a bit difficult because we couldn't bring the bags in.
The car park was also full. We got parking in the convention centre.

Over 150 rooms but only 60 car spots so you aren’t guaranteed a spot. If not, you need to park in Wilson car park next door.
Rooms aren’t turned over by staff. It’s self-contained but advertised as 5 star.
Phone wasn’t working, so we had to go downstairs and ask for things if needed. We had to ask staff for extra towels because there was only one provided.
Because there was no concierge, we had to pack our own luggage and wheel it all the way to the Wilson car park ourselves. It is no comparison to a 5 star hotel. It looks good but the details aren’t there.
