Firstly, the staff were very, very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
The room was fine with everything we needed.
Location was great, just 20 minute stroll to the Minster and the street was quiet.
We needed to park an extra day and the hotel sorted that out very easily and good value for money too.
Sorry...But I have to say that the breakfast coffee was poor, actually it was really poor. Apart from that the breakfast was well cooked, tasty and well served but how about a bit better bread for the toast?
Warburtons or Mother's Pride, both of which contain sugar are just not up to the mark..

Good breakfast and quiet location.

The location just a short walk from York city was excellent
The beds were quite low, anyone with osteoporosis like me would struggle to get on and off. Not a criticism as I didn't raise it with the staff, just an observation.
