Young lad upgraded us and he was so lovely.
Nothing.

Loved the quirky decor, some parts looked abit tired. But still very good
The cost of the car parking was horrendous, and I think the cost of the room should have been enough to cover the car parking. You could fill the kettle from the sink, no view as we had a brick wall outside our window

The uniqueness of the hotel, the location and the breakfast was lovely, some of the staff were friendly and helpful.
The darkness of the hotel room. There was an issue with the shower, water not going down and flooding the bathroom and the sink was backing up.
Banging about at 6am in the morning outside. £15 charge for parking your car on the hotel car park.
