Holiday Inn York by IHG

The food was excellent and the choice of evening meals was better than expected from a hotel

The size of the bathroom and the bath was a bit smaller than was comfortable

Room was located on ground floor due to disability of family member staff were very polite and helpful food was nice we had room service for breakfast and delivery was by a very pleasant male employee who was very helpful when we also used the dining room for our last breakfast morning there and arrived after breakfast just finished, good variety of food for breakfast and we also ordered from the bar menu in the evenings food arrived quickly and again very nice Can’t fault staff or hotel all really helpful on ensuring a proper break and a nice stay away from home.

Didn’t have any issues at all

Well located, free parking and lovely staff. We really enjoyed the evening meal and the breakfast. A very relaxing stay after a long drive

Nothing

Did not take the breakfast. Location was a little out of town.

Quite a long walk into town but ok if you took the bus.
