Everything was well presented. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The view was excellent .
I am disabled so feel that the swimming needs to have a set of steps with hand rails so I could get into the pool easier. On leaving the pool because I had nothing to safely hold onto I fell forward and just managed to save myself from falling headfirst onto the tiles. My local pool has these steps and are invaluable. The lodge 414 had a stained carpet and sofa so could do with a deep clean. Yours su Brown

Location was great for what we originally wanted. Breakfast was good. The main areas of the hotel were nice, the grounds and lakeside location were lovely.
Courtyard room overlooked what can only be described as a service area, room was too hot so we had to have the window open (it wasn’t warm outside), which then made the noise from bottle bins being emptied, staff talking, pots pans cutlery etc even louder!
Beds weren’t comfy either - two of the worst nights sleep!
I probably wouldn’t have been so bothered but it’s not like this room was cheap at almost £500 for two nights! And that’s before food and drinks!
