Park Inn by Radisson Krakow

Very good location for Conventions and at the same time only 15-20 min walk to the old town. Decent breakfast, water refilling stations at the end of the corridor.

Smell in the bathroom, not clean room, you get room service only if you call the day before and ask.

liked buffet breakfast choice wide and nutritious

Location Value for money

It was our 4th stay in this hotel since 2023. As well we stayed here couple times last years. Always the same standard room for two adults + 1 kid ( 8 years old ). Every time upon arriving we asked to put an extra bed for a kid and we NEVER were charged extra money for that till today ;( In the morning while checking out I was surprised seeing extra 90 zl. in my bill for a kids bed when previously I never was charged for that and the reception didn’t say a word about extra payment just silently added it to the bill ;( I use to be a fan of “Radisson” but such behavior of reception is really disappointing.. ;(
