Unvergleichliche Lage, unvergleichlicher Ort, Zimmer sehr schön

Zimmer vornerheraus wäre noch etwas besser gewesen. Aber o.k.

Mi au incasat banii pe cazare de 2 ori...odata la check in si a doua oara la check out cand am achitat si minibar ul. Mi am dat seama ulterior, mi au anulat prima tranzactie si acum astept banii...sa vedem...

Csodás környék. Csodás szálloda. Tavaly kezdtük idén folytattuk minden évben itt fogjuk az évfordulónkat ünnepelni a feleségemmel.

This is one of the hotels which we visit often. We like the looks from the hotel, the view is beautiful.

The hotel is a bit outdated, but it is reflected in the price.

Sehr Positiv- Unser Erstes und bestimmt nicht unser letztes Mal in eines der tollen Hilton Hotels. Sehr prunkvolles Hotel im Buda Castle District, tolles Ambiente. Alles ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Da der Check-In leider erst um 15uhr stattfand, hatten wir zufälliger Weise ein Zimmer mit Zugang zur Executive Lounge gebucht, wo wir uns stärkten und verweilen durften. Frisches Obst, Nüsse, kleine Snacks und Getränke wie Soft Drinks und Kaffee sind inklusive und auch den ganzen Tag verfügbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, hell und Top Ausgestattet. Das Frühstücks Buffet ist Allgemein Außergewöhnlich und sehr Umfangreich. Alles frisch, sehr lecker und der Platz in der Executive Lounge ist dann noch das bessere Gewisse Extra, wie größere Getränke Auswahl, VIP Ambiente und gemütliche Musik.

Die Abend Service Uhrzeiten in der Executive Lounge sind etwas Irreführend. Man sollte aber sehr pünktlich sein, so um 17uhr, weil der Andrang sehr hoch ist aber schon nach einer Stunde also um ca. 18uhr, Alle warmen Snacks und Spirituosen weggeräumt werden, dies wurde uns aber nicht immer mitgeteilt. Viele Überraschend enttäuschte Gesichter waren die Folge. Bitte um bessere Aufklärung. Sonst ist die Lounge mit kalten Snacks, Obst, Kaffee, Wein und Soft Drinks bis 20 uhr geöffnet wurde uns mitgeteilt. Ein trotzdem tolles Erlebnis und werden wir wieder buchen.

Top Lage, allerdings in einem absoluten Touristenviertel mit wenigen guten, einheimischen Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung.

Sauberkeit, das Zimmer war nicht sauber gereinigt und auf den Gängen haben sich dreckiges Geschirr stundenlang getürmt. Scheinbar ist Sauberkeit hier nicht von großer Wichtigkeit.

A little extra care taken over everything. Quiet efficient aircon. Low light in bathroom for nighttime. Plenty of chargers for phone etc. Breakfast was very good, though not cheap.

There is one thing that surprised me. Only instant coffee in bedroom, and not even Gold ! In a hotel of this quality one expects coffee capsules.

Tak terrassen var fin men vi fick inte komma in på en drink trots att taktersssen bara var halvfull. En otrevlig tjej skötte sitt uppdrag väldigt dåligt och behöver bytas ut.

Der Blick auf die Stadt ist außergewöhnlich schön! Die Lage auf dem Berg inmitten der Fischerbastei ist vorteilhaft, da man abseits ist von der Geräuschkulisse und dem Trubel dieser wunderschönen Stadt!

Das Frühstück ist gut, aber nicht „königlich“, wie in einigen Bewertungen zu lesen ist! Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel bewerte ich es als ganz normales Büfett, welches ich woanders deutlich hochwertiger und reichhaltiger erfahren habe! Das Personal ist teilweise sehr sehr nett!

The location in the old town (Buda Castle district) is simply beautiful. Inside the hotel you can visit the Dominican cloister. On the top floor terrace there is the White Raven Skybar & Lounge where, by booking, you can spend an evening enjoying the menu and drinks on offer, enjoying a breathtaking view of the Danube, the Parliament and all of Pest. All services certainly live up to the best expectations and the staff has always been punctual, kind and discreet.

I'm sorry, I can't help you find something that needs improving.

Nice location

The hotel is located on the Buda side. The view from the hotel's rooftop is just stunning. Speedy check-in and super friendly staff, ready to help you constantly. Spotless room and comfortable bed.

Location & exec lounge was fabulous

We had issues with lights & air conditioning in our room which really disrupted our stay / sleep. It was so hot for first 2 days. On 3rd day we were attending a wedding & had to wait for our bathroom lights to be fixed which left us rushed/stressed. Staff at sky bar were just downright rude!!

Mean with milk for coffee in room dedpite asking for extra. No films on television.

Beautiful hotel on the castle hill w stunning views of Budapest and the Danube. Delicious breakfast buffet spread.
