Comfortable, decor, location.

No real reception desk so when I arrived, there was an odd wait in the lobby. Eventually had to ask the chef in the kitchen to ask for reception staff. I appreciate it was late in the evening 20:00

Stayed before, great location and love the rooms Breakfast is great and room has everything for a comfortable stay

The WhatsApp “text service” doesn’t work, I requested additional toilet roll, tea and coffee as stayed two nights. Asked at 10am & had to chase again at 9pm that evening. One pack of biscuits between 2 guests and the worst toilet paper ever, I would just expect more for almost £400 (for 2 nights) Air con leaked in the night, was dripping onto the floor so had to use the bin to capture the leak as it was 4am & didn’t expect a resolution at that time. Tv only had 2 working channels, however I did raise this and they advised it might be a loose connection which I then sorted myself. Fridge wasn’t cleaned out as had previous guests items in there For the price I just expected more
