Toilet didn't flush properly

Great location, I booked this for my step daughter's 21st a couple of years ago, she had a great stay here, so it was a no brainer booking it for myself and friends who were visiting from Jersey. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing, everything was great.

View, room and size. Very spacious with option to cook and facilities to even clean and wash laundry.

Shower bath, water took long to go down and the bath mat wasn't great. Shower bath window didn't stop the water from going on the floor making it slippery. Easier way to setup the TV and access WiFi

Location only, however view from the studio was blocked.

Saying private parking available at the time of booking but after booking, they said no parking is available. Staff wasn't very cooperative.

Studio was huge! Really nice layed our room with great kitchen facilities! Staff were efficient,polite and friendly! Easy to access and a great base

Abit noisy at night

It was warm. It was fairly central.

The photo of apartments did not reflect our basic apartment. The view was overlooking a tattoo artist shop. It was on a very noisy street and the noise from the bar downstairs was unbearable on the Friday night. The material quality of the apartment was basic with a chipped worktop,standard double bed,windows that did not close properly,a cupboard to access the cutlery drawer did not open properly. The pillows were rock hard and I slept on a 12 inch square cushion and my husband slept on a rolled up rough bath towel. Basic toiletries in the bathroom ,not even a plastic shower cap. I asked at reception and told they don’t provide shower caps. I asked at reception for some softer pillows to be told “ they are all the same !” A cost of £471.80 for 2 nights accommodation is excessive and finally the addition of a £250.00 is quite frankly an insult. A grand total of £721.80 for a small basic apartment! I appreciate it is in the small print but should be refunded at check out when you have to leave your room by 11.0am but have to wait 9 days for your money to return back into your account.

i was upgraded to a one bedroom apartment from a studio for free considering that i was staying for 11 nights

cleaning of the apartment happened only once during my stay and they said they would charge me extra for fresh towels.

location, friendly and helpful staff

stuStudio did not meet our expectations, especially for the not cheap price - some examples: no AC, very noisy - because you have to open the window for fresh air at night, no safe, badly closing door, uncomfortable and old mattress, bathroom needs to be renewed... It is quite possible that the apartments in the high-rise are very modern and comfortable. But we didn't make it there ;)
