I stay in a lot of DoubleTrees. It can be a bit hit and miss. This one is definitely a hit. Especially the secure parking.

TV didn’t work, or at least there was no obvious way to turn it on.

Excellent location very clean

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warmth and beauty of this place. The ambience is truly special, and the location is simply breathtaking. Every detail, from the décor to the atmosphere, feels welcoming and thoughtfully crafted—I would give it a perfect 10 out of 10. What made my experience truly memorable was the staff. As someone who has worked at the O2 Intercontinental, I recognize exceptional service when I see it. Blake, Anita, Urlanda, and Camelia stood out for their elegance, professionalism, and sincere kindness. They were attentive, impeccably presented, and brought genuine warmth to every interaction. It’s rare to encounter a team that not only looks the part but also makes every guest feel valued. The breakfast was outstanding—one of the best I’ve ever had. Every bite was delicious and beautifully prepared. For someone who truly appreciates great customer service and quality food, this place exceeded all my expectations. I am genuinely grateful for such a wonderful experience and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for making my visit so special. The fresh cookies ooo mine please keep up the good work

Location was great and beds super comfy. The staff were helpful in trying to resolve issues

The air con unit was very noisy and went off loudly every 5 mins through night and had very bad sleep during my stay
