The staff. They could not have been more helpful.
Location. Just around the corner from Picadilly Station, but without that train station vibe.
No bench space beside the bathroom basin. Not a biggie.

Great central location. Beautiful old mill building. Clever renovation

Rooms are all done to a high spec, and always a very comfortable place to stay.
Rooms are sizeable, hotel itself is lovely, and the location is spot on.
Good basic facilities inside the room.
Definitely worth paying a bit more over a budget hotel (provided it's not a hot day!)
We didn't realise that the room we'd booked didn't have external windows. There is a window that faces inside the hotel, but this lacks privacy and it's obviously nice to be able to see the outside. Worth looking out for when booking to make sure you get a room with an external window.
The room can get very warm on a hot day, and although it comes with a fan, it doesn't quite do the job of proper AC, so be prepared for a hot sleep.

We have stayed before and loved the place, but sadly, the common areas are under renovation (and have been for a while). The staff were very nice and helpful and the room, despite being too warm, was very comfortable. Get those renovations done guys!
The heart of the place is missing, with no common area to really speak of. Also, the room was very warm (but the staff were very helpful and gave us an extra fan).

"Hanno fatto un capolavoro, trasformando una vecchia fabbrica in albergo ma lasciandone inalterato lo spirito. L'ambiente al bar/ristorante è molto giovanile, bella musica, ottime birre, personale simp..."
