Location
I think the price, but given it is the weekend, I guess it is understandable

Location fantastic/room was really clean and ready on time. Good shower and everywhere well lit - no complaints.
Wasn’t sure about breakfast arrangements - could have looked on the website but perhaps staff on reception could just mention when checking in - just times and additional cost then we could have decided. Doesn’t have to be pushed - just for information.

The bed is comfortable, nice size room and good functional size bathroom. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the breakfast whilst only continental is OK. The location great, with it being next to the station and only a 5 minute walk to Canal Street.
Whilst the cleaners could not always get into my room, as I was late getting up, on the occasions when they did, they did not do that thorough a job, the carpet was not hoovered, the tea/coffee cupboard was not cleaned or restocked and on two occasion I had to ask reception for extra toilet paper. Also on my floor we had the noisiest pair of cleaners I have every witnessed. Constantly chatting at high volume whilst cleaning the other rooms, even though many of the doors on my floor had DnD notices on them!
