The food was beyond expectations. The surroundings are quiet.

It's a very expensive place and unfortunately the service did not match the price we paid..it pains me to say because I really thought we couldn't have gone wrong. The spa was full and messy, I couldn't find a free bed to chill. And unfortunately there was a bad accident where the Do Not Disturb sign was on in our room and someone abruptly walked into the room, without announcing themselves nor knocking, which is a big privacy violation. I reported it to the hotel management and have received no answer at all. It's very disappointing as a lot of people regard this place as one with very high standards, when the reality is that the standard there is pretty average. I've done it, I wouldn't go back again.
