Iberostar Selection Bavaro Suites - All Inclusive

The suite was spacious. The pool and beach areas were very nice. Restaurants were also nice.

Pillows were hard. Air conditioning didn’t work very well. The staff said they would come by to fix it but no one showed up. We were pressured to attend a “30 minute” sales meeting to pitch us on an Iberostar membership which actually lasted almost 2 and a half hours. The food was only alright. .

This is our second time at the resort. Facilities were good, staff great as always, very clean.

I didn’t like that we reserved two suites with pool access like I had booed before and were not given the rooms I had paid for. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and were happy to choose this resort that really enjoyed before. The rooms were close to the pool but not pool access. I mentioned my concerned to the front desk when we checked in and that evening as well, came back in the evening and was told to come back in the morning and again nothing was done. I was offered rooms that were around the same distance to where we were. It really bother us that we had made our reservations two months ahead of time and they didn’t resolved my problem.

The food is good, nice gym, beautiful gardens
