The location is great, the staff is awesome. Wifi connection in the cottages are great, and it's very crucial because the locations doesn't have phone reception. There's a bery smart dog you can play with.

Facilities are on the older side, showing it's age. Bathroom windows don't have bug screens so you get spiders in the bathroom. The beds are not comfortable, too soft and you can't move easily while sleeping.

The staff made this stay great very attentive always good humored Ryan and Luke work very hard to make your stay memorable the dinner meals we had were very tasty and beautifully presented Breakfast is very comprehensive full English ,cereals ,coffee toast We only stayed 1 night but look forward to going back again you can also walk through the back gate to Farr bay

Hospitality was great, staff were attentive and welcoming. the cottage itself was clean but could be better value for money. The food was unreal! Well done to the chefs here who has done an amazing job!

Fridge in the cottage could have some basics in like milk. Car Park surface (on nc500) not the best. the bed was comfy but squeaked on the laminate floor. Could do with an upgrade on sofa which hs had better days.

The food was excellent and they really make you feel comfortable. Family run business and everyone's was really helpful and made our dog feel welcome as well. Really close to the beach which is stunning.

Fabulous stay in a wonderful hotel in a lovely setting. The staff were extremely welcoming, professional & helpful. We enjoyed breakfast & dinner in the hotel. Lots of choice, cooked to an extremely high standard. Our room was clean & comfy & provided everything we needed. The beach is just a short walk away & is spectacular. A perfect stay, can't recommend highly enough.

We received a warm welcome when we arrived. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. Our room was large and beautifully decorated. Everything was clean and comfortable. The television had tons of viewing options and we were able to watch one of our favorite shows. Breakfast was made to order with several options. I would highly recommend this cozy inn.

The finish in the cottage was a little slapdash, functional nonetheless. It did also seem somewhat poor value when compared to other properties we’ve stayed at on our trip but we would probably stay again.

The property was next to a beautiful beach . The staff were very friendly and dinner and breakfast were delicious.

The room was very dark and cold even though the radiator was on . Luckily there were hot water bottles in the wardrobe . The towels were tiny and thin and although the water was very hot the bathroom needed a refresh. To be fair we arrived on an unusually cold night in October and we can see how this hotel would be a great stopover in the summer.

Staff and owner very welcoming. The food was among the best we had throughout our trip. If I'm ever in the North coast of Scotland again, I wouldn't hesitate to stop by. A beautiful beach is also nearby (only a short 5 minute walk).

Hotel location was lovely, right next to the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food and service good. Breakfast was really nice.

Externally the hotel looked a bit dilapidated, driveway had several large potholes. Room was disappointing, especially the bathroom that was extremely small, with no ventilation. Shower cubicle had very low head clearance. Overall very overpriced for this standard of accommodation.
