Lovely hotel, our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.food was great

Our room had a large very comfortable bed, access to the beautiful beach nearby was the highlight. Staff were friendly and polite and location in Betty hill close to the beach was good which is reflective in the price.
There was quite a lot of noise, you could hear people playing music above and conversations bring held in other rooms as well as at the bottom of the stairs. Breakfast whilst the food was good the service was a bit disorganised.

What a place, lovely old house with the stunning beach just over the dunes, warm welcome from the hosts, great food and cracking drinks selection.

Location and the fact that it had two bedrooms which was why we picked it
We chose this property which, although self catering, was located as part of a pub complex. When we got there the pub was closed until April. There was no warning of this fact when we booked, indeed the booking. Con website was all about promoting the pub
