Great location, close to south bank and train station. Friendly staff, easy check in.
Did not notify us about the pool out of use (booked 9 months ago). Small bed.

Great location to shopping and easy walk over the river to south bank and river cats
Chose this hotel because it had a pool- had absolutely no warning that the pool would be drained and closed otherwise would have booked somewhere else that had a working pool.
