The property was a fantastic, location for Riverfire, which is why we booked, being a safer and easier option with a toddler. We have actually booked for the following year because we were so happy with our stay

The location is excellent. The staff is very accommodating. The room had amazing views and a very interesting design. The breakfast is also really good!

It was a bit challenging to stay there with a 1.5yo. There is really not much for them to do and the rooms are not really thought to be safe for kids. But it was only for a night, so we made do.

We were in town for the Socceroos v Brazil game and the atmosphere was electric. The hotel was walking distance from the stadium not far for the children to walk either which was very convenient . The staff were very friendly from the front desk to the wait staff by the pool and at breakfast. We stayed in a double double room and it was very comfortable and more spacious than what we were expecting!

Couldn’t find a fault!

The suite was a great layout and the river views were fantastic.

They told us checkin was at 3pm. We did not get access our room until 4.45pm and there was a crumpled up tissue, a champagne cork and empty water bottle on the carpet in the lounge area under the coffee table and the toilet seat was dirty... We paid for the pet package so our little dog could stay with us in the hotel room which they were going to charge us $180 for. I was told there would be a pet bed, water bowl, snacks and a dog menu for her - there was none of that and the staff were too busy to deal with it because it was Riverfire night. I understand the staff were busy so we did not worry too much because we brought what we needed. When I told the staff at checkout they waived the pet fee which was nice of them, thank you.
