The location was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable.

Great location, modern room, good facilities, plenty of space for a studio room.

Did not like having a room facing an internal brick wall - it made the room dark and a bit depressing. We were only there for one night so we didn't let it bother us but if we were staying longer we would have asked for another room.

Fantastic location in the historic part of the city but a stone’s throw from the central shopping area. A beautiful building inside and out. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and attractive. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Great location. Friendly staffs. Nicely decorated hotel. Our room was comfy and spacious. A small balcony facing the city was also nice to have for some fresh air. We place the baby cot in the living room, and the sliding door that separates the bedroom and living room is great! It blocks the light and noise perfectly.

The hotel parking lot smells a bit due the garbage depot is in the same space. The rubbish bin in the kitchen (room) is tiny.

The floor to ceiling window views overlooking the river were outstanding.

There was no welcome pack in the room to tell you about the room and the history of the hotel, no room service card telling you how much the mini bar was or how to use the tv, what time room cleaning was or how much the car parking in the hotel car park was and if we had a free option or not as 3 of my family members who came with me have disability parking cards. There is never anyone on the service desk if you try to call. They never answer the phone.

Room was modern and nice. The bed was very comfy and there was plenty of pressure behind the shower. You couldnt beat the location or the value for money. The hotel itself was very beautiful inside and out.

The bin in the kitchen was too small and the car park is really awkward to find. It would have been nice to have instructions before we arrived. Regardless though I would happily stay again.

i am not first living here .. but this given a super bad experience , when i late check in the staff won’t open the door for me , and her attitude soo bad maybe i wake her up ? and in morning some house keeper without notice and come in . the whole night my window has knock knock sounds . makes can’t sleep from this time i won’t come back anymore

The location is excellent and the view from the 2 room units is amazing.

The entrance to the parking area is unmarked and very difficult to spot. At the end of a long drive to Brisbane, in Friday night traffic, trying to find it was quite stressful. I wish Adina put out more signs and provided some instructions. There were also no instructions in the room for the dishwasher or the air con.

Perhaps should have filled the coffee etc, they knew there were 3 people should have filled correct quantity of towels, especially after informing of this.

Amazing location, right in the middle of the cbd, near public transport and amazing shopping and dining options. Very comfortable and quiet room with clean and spacious bathroom
