Great location, the room was clean, tidy and spacious. Loved that it had a kitchenette.
Could not get the TV casting to work.

The location was perfect for what we had planned for our weekend. Everything we wanted was in walking distance and close to our venues. Thank you for the complementary bottle of bubbles for our anniversary.
I asked about an upgrade. Yes, you can have it for an additional $35.00. It's a bigger room, only two rooms on that floor and views are better. We paid for the upgrade but the room was the same size with a different layout. The views were other building and not the gardens we were told about. We only had one robe in our room and the TV was hard to use as far as channel availability.

Convenient location and there were accomodations made for room requests.
Was told not to book parking via phone as there would be parking on site available, get there and no parking.
They they offered to charge $50 for parking when the ticket price was $33. Unsure about that.
