Hotel Lilla Roberts

The room was spacious and the decoration was great. The lobby and the bar were an experience by themselves. I found out that I wanted to spend time there, very inviting. The restaurant was great, not fantastic, but we had a good meal. The amenities were memorable, especially the body lotion. The staff were helpful and polite. The location is a very comfortable 7-10 min walk from the harbor and main shopping and dining areas.

Nothing really.

Very stylish, very comfortable hotel close to the centre of town. Staff welcoming and friendly. Bedroom well appointed and the bed was comfortable.

Pillows were hopeless, small and thin and even with three each we couldn't get comfortable. Dining room too small for the number of people at breakfast, particularly at the weekend - bit of a bum fight.

This is a lovely hotel! The staff are all so friendly and helpful - when we called Reception to ask for our windows to be unlocked, someone was in our room doing just that within five minutes! The breakfast was exceptionally good with a vast array of choices, even coffees, that were constantly being replenished. The bathroom has to win the hotel bathroom competition! The shower was the best we’ve ever experienced, the towels were huge and luxurious, and the lighting, which hotels so often overlook or get wrong in their bathrooms, was pretty good! We loved the comfort of having a sofa and chairs to lounge in, and the location made it very easy to get to all the sights that Helsinki has to offer.

The bed was a little hard and the pillows too soft, the room was too warm and the air con doesn’t do the job, but with the windows open it was rather noisy in the morning - nothing serious enough to put us off and we really enjoyed our stay!

Location was great for central area and the local ferries, and just a short tram ride to the Tallinn ferry terminal. The room was very comfortable.

Had to wait quite a long time to be asked what hot drink I wanted at breakfast and then I was given the wrong tea (staff were incredibly busy though, rather than being slack!).
