Outstanding stay in Helsinki, very centrally located and of easy access by car or public transportation. Great staff, with excellent decoration and commodities. The breakfast was superb, having a lot of traditions finnish options. A stay to repeat.

Private parking could be included in the fare.

This hotel was located near the sights we wanted to see. Easy access to the hotel from the airport. Plenty of nearby restaurants, shopping, and strolling. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Lots of choices, quality, freshness, and variety. My only warning has to do with nothing related to the hotel, and that is that the taxi system seems to be a bit of a wild west sh!t show in Helsinki, so be careful and take Uber or one of the official taxi companies. (Ask for recos from your hotel or folks who've been.)

The hotel is at the heart of the city center. The transport link is very well connected and one can easily move to any tourist attraction they want.

Nothing is the property I can say I didn't like. It was just a one-night stay but it was amazing. The room, bathroom and the food (breakfast) are all in proper line.

The interior was nice. Breakfast was good. It was really silent although the hotel was along the main street.

Super clean & chic interior. Their original amenities like shampoo and hand soap were also so good. If I could I would like to buy them.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of the city. Within walking distance of interesting sights. Check in late in the evening went fine, as did a quick check out in the early morning due to a plane departure. Staff very friendly, rooms clean with daily cleaning. I can recommend the hotel.

housekeeping should pay a little more attention to room cleaning. for me it was cold in the room, especially in the evening.

The location is great, at the city center. The breakfast buffet has a huge selection, though it’s the same everyday. The room is big and very comfortable with a nice view. The staff is great, they accommodated our request to transfer since our first room was located in the old building and the heating system is not that good. We just added €10 per night for a more comfortable and newer room.

Very central hotel in the heart of Helsinki. You can walk everywhere and the train station is less than 10 minutes away. We arrived late due to a flight delay, however Giorgos at reception was very helpful and gave us a lot of information. Breakfast was good, with many options, however the room was small.

Very nice hotel in city centre. Very convenient underground garage. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. Big and comfortable bed. Rooms from the street side are a bit noisy when you open the window during the night.

They had comfy beds and nice showers and reasonably sized rooms which were nice and warm. The breakfast was also good with a large variety of items to choose from and good coffee. The location is very central in Helsinki, so ideal if you're visiting the city. The hotel also has a sauna but I did not have time to try it.

They had painted the sinks and bath to match the decor and the paint had began peeling in places which looked a bit untidy. Also the lights in the room required the room key to work, but mine went out instantly when I removed the key rather than having the standard delay, plunging the room into darkness as there's not much light in Helsinki in the winter, so I had to keep the door open in order to see what I was doing.

Absolutely EVERYTHING. The location is perfect, just a couple minutes from the train station. The design of the hotel was so pretty! I loved the shower and the sauna. The staff was always very kind. We spent 2 nights at Helsinki for our honeymoon, and the staff made it even more special. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had: DELICIOUS.
