Super central, great for everything the city has to offer. Bathroom and shower really good. It was clean and well presented overall Breakfast great choice of food and great quality

The bedroom fittings and furniture really let the rooms down. It seems thrown together and haphazard and really cheaply done. It could be so much better!! Cable tied wires from the tv - a random metal stool - needs a rethink - I suppose someone thought it was trendy, but its not! Finally no bar and no food Sunday night. Not good

Entrance lobby and ambience is a bit more suited to students and young travellers. There is no such description on the website.

Great central location. Our room was much bigger than expected, which was a bonus. Comfortable beds. Goox bathroom and shower. Nice toiletries supplied, plus hair conditioner. Very friendly, helpful staff. We enjoyed the large variety of food at the buffet style breakfast. Also, a nice bar at the hotel. The whole place had a nice vibe about it.

The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the hotel’s design is very modern and stylish. The breakfast was outstanding—definitely the best part of our stay. Also, most of the staff at the reception were young, energetic, and pleasant people.

Unfortunately, the room functionality was a major disappointment. The room was far too cramped for two people; there was no space for suitcases and not enough room to hang clothes. The window was placed very high and was impossible to open, meaning we had no access to fresh air for three days. There was no refrigerator. Furthermore, the bathroom door is made of glass, which offers no privacy and is quite uncomfortable and disturbing for a shared room. While most of the staff were nice, the person on duty during our check-out completely ignored us, which felt very unprofessional. Additionally, guests are expected to carry their own luggage, which we are okay with, but having to carry heavy suitcases up and down stairs without any ramp access was a major inconvenience and not acceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
