Room was large
They have construction going on and when I opened my curtains the workers were right outside my window. I should have asked for a different room but I did ask for a deduction in my room rate. No luck.

Exceptional Staff and lovely rooms in a central location - thank you Irene
We were first given a room looking out at a construction site but the kind staff assisted us in moving to another room we enjoyed

Room v nice as was bar
gym was laughable- Ive better kit in my garage and it was crowded with four people in it. Same with spa. A special area for treatments and gym members (lucky them) but four seats for everyone else. Pretty poor and I wouldn't select this hotel for spa and gym (like I did) or you will be v disappointed
