Very friendly staff. Felt safe. Good position in the artsy part. Backside rooms very quiet. Breakfast had something of everything. Good but heavy doors. Beds new and good. Coffee/tea in room.

Windows locked. Furniture and bathroom a little worn but ok. No real wardrobe. Dusty shelves and safe, sticky remote control. Natrow elevator.

The night of our arrival the man at the reception was very professional and polite .Give me fast and with efficient way all the info need it for me to know. Also the lady that was next morning there was very helpful and polite.

Well they could still improve the vegan options in the breakfast boof but nothing bad really to say

Warm floor in a bathroom, cormfy bed, friendly staff.

Some places in the room were very dusty, uncomfortable pillows, poor breakfast for 4 stars, food smell in my room. Plus Ive booked a room of 25m but mine was about 10m. Very small. Probably because I was alone.

The location is very easily accessible from the train station, clean, pleasant hotel, an excellent choice for a business trip. Breakfast was super, fresh and crunchy, you will find there what you expect from a regular European breakfast

Good location, right in the downtown, many good restaurants nearby, rooms are clean and equipped very well, very friendly stuff. Unexpectedly I came 3 hours earlier the check-in time, but the receptionist kindly gave me the room key straight away and I could have a good rest after long and tiering journey.

THE ROOM VERY, VERY DATED. NO FRIGDE. NO ENGLISH NEWS CHANNELS AT ALL. VERY BAD INFORMATION ABOUT A PRICE ON THE TRANSPORT TO THE AIRPORT. THEY TOLD US THAT WILL BE ABOUT 35 EUROS. NO TRUE AT ALL. SUNDAYS ACCORDING TO THE DRIVER IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE. WHICH THE LADY IN RECEPTION NEVER MENTION; AND THE COST FOR A 30 MINUTES TO THE AIRPORT COST US 65 EUROS; MORE OR LESS HALF OF THE PRICE FOR THE HOTEL. VERY, VERY DISSAPOINTED AND COSTLY. NEVER AGAIN WILL BE CONSIDERED THIS HOTEL. NO KNOWLOGDE FOR THE GUESTS.
