Clarion Hotel Helsinki

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, great location. A good place to relax with family or with your loved one.

Hreat Lobby, very high ceilings, nice design Perfect breakfast, all cooked to perfection and I am fussy, bacon crisp, best ever (mostly rubbery at buffets). Very friendly and proffessional staff, we had a hitch as breakfast was listed as till 10, we arrived at 9.55 and were told we had to be out by 10 due to a business function. We had been persuasively upsold breakfast the night before with no mention of this. The lady who handled was great at deescalation and made us an amazing personal buffet on a trolley, we had it overlooking rhe harbour in the lobby. The open air pool on the top floor is really a special experience. The sauna was also great, minimal, modern, super views

The room was fairly small but fine for our needs, a one night stay. It had a nice Eames chair and great view.

Nulla

comfortable bed and room in a secure location

Room cleanliness. I found a hair band under the bed by the side so room obviously not cleaned well. Restaurant closed on Sunday so no meals available
