Facilities and friendly staff

The main value is the good night sleep we got here. They have put great care into supplying room with comfortable pillows and blanket that exactly fit our needs. Very comfortable and even shared where they bought these from later. Amazing.
Breakfast had loads of options and variety but the taste was bland on most of the things. Lacked "sisu" for the tastebuds but thats a personal preferences thing.

La struttura molto bella buona la colazione. I mezzi vicini. L illuminazione è i letti fantastici

Location, nice room, very clean
Room was too hot and we could not reduce the temperature below 20ºC. Outside temperature was 10 to 15! No window to open, very stuffy.
Wanted a coffee at 21:00 but was informed that the machine was "broken". I assume that meant that they had cleaned it, and weren't going to get it dirty!
Despite being club member and trying to book using the App we were unable to reserve and pay for room. Ended up booking a room through Booking.com at greater cost; there was no offer of refunding the difference.
