Spacious room and separate kitchen and sleeping area. Room with window and bright lights.
The check-out time is very early and no elevator to the room, but it was informed by the management. The area/apartment is not really easy to find because during our stay, 2-3 times the taxi drivers need to call them (staff) to ask the location and sometimes we guide the driver where to stop.

Clean, very polite stuff, very helpful. Very good infrastructure, lots of cafes and bars nearby.
Some hot water issues.
