This is probably the best option in the city in terms of price/quality! Amazing, spacious rooms, good (yet simple) breakfast, great gym, everything clean. Exceptional room service - a much needed break from heavy Mongolian food.
The location is not walkable, but it’s close to the city center, about 10 min by car.
The staff was the only downside for me - they weren’t rude, but not friendly either. I had a few questions throughout the stay, and no one tried to help me with any of them.

Breakfast was not really the most delicious, repetitive and seem not to be so fresh
Cleanliness, although the room look clean ar first sight, once you look behind the sofas and under bed I gound very disgusting items, which indicates cleaning is not so deep as it should be and one of the receptionist girls had a very weird attitude, anytime I was asking her something her reply was like if I am an idiot that I should already know it.

The room was very clean and comfortable.
The water pipes were a bit noisy, but it was overall bearable.

clean property, passable for a one-night stay but unfortunately it wasnt that near from the airport as we had expected. with the dreadful traffic in UB city, it took us 1.5 hrs or close to 2 hrs to get to hotel by car.
there weren’t adequate f&b facilities around the hotel. we walked aimlessly trying to find decent dinner and ended up back at the hotel. unfortunately service was slow, environment was noisy as they left the restaurant access to the alfresco bar open, and it was very noisy with people jumping around to loud music and live band.
