Arrived at the hotel to a customer saying he wasn't staying in the hotel as he didn't feel safe, language barrier difficulties, struggled to find our booking, we were then taken to a different hotel 250 yards down the road which was like a building site. Stank of fresh paint, beds were too small, bedrooms were far too hot, radiators on full blast. Fire alarm went off at 5am in the morning.

staff and cleanliness were very good rooms very small but again clean breakfast was not enough space for everyone and no meat but for what the price was it was still value for money

All staff were smiley and friendly. Comfortable beds and reasonable price compared to others in the area. Breakfast included was great.

Nothing comes to mind. Breakfast was a tad cold but only one front of house staff member did her best to accommodate.

location is good and cheap and room is clean . staffs are nice .

it is basic and the room is small . but it is what you pay for .

Excellent location, buses left right in front of the building, trainstation was a 10min walk away, the breakfast was cheap if you wanted to add it to your room

Room for 3 people barely had space to move in it, there was not enough shelf-space to put things down. Some IKEA shelves above the beds would have come in handy to put toiletries down since the bathroom also didn't have any space to put them.

Nothing good about this place

The reception staff upon the check-in was extremely rude & unprofessional. When asked why I was moved to a sister property he got annoyed & upset (clearly must have been facing a lot of such questions - not surprising consideting the hotel I booked WAS CLOSED and no one informed me in advance I will be staying in another property!!!!! It's 2023, clearly hotel staff has access to emails and should be able to inform the guests, it wasn't a last minute booking.. dont think Covid can be an excuse either). Room, even though i did expect for it to be small since I booked a single room, was smaller than a prison cell... None of the heaters (there were 2) worked, TV didnt work either.... Bed was uncomfortable so ended up with a back pain the next day...
