Nearly everything.
Little noisy until very late at night. Too noisy if you had to get up early for a meeting etc understand the bar etc below but some quests lack of respect when going back to their rooms

It was centrally located and minutes walk from Oxford street and underground station. The rooms were of decent size and well furnished for a comfortable stay. The room was kept well by the housekeeping team everyday and all amenities were available. We were welcomed by the staff and one of them even helped carry our luggage to the room.
Nothing as such. However the property doesn't have an elevator so carrying your luggage on stairs might be a bit challenging.

Small bathroom but fully functional and clean.

Location - perfect for West end /Oxford street shopping /close to Marble arch . Good for restaurants ,
lighting in room could be better , water flow in bathroom sink too weak on cold tap.

location was fantastic
staff were so helpful
it was a buzzy fun place to stay
the carpet on the stairs was worn and threadbare in places - potentially a trip hazard
the bed was broken - the wooden slats had fallen out and were piled up under the bed head, so when we turned over one of the remaining slats snapped causing the mattress to sag - we then spent 30 minutes trying to fix the slats back into the frame in sweltering heat. the fan in the bedroom was broken so we had a portable ac whic was really inefficient and very noisy. it was disappointing and while the room was stylish, the location was great and meghan was a wonderful host i would not recommend the grazing goat for these reasons.

Breakfast was good. Room was quiet, clean and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed spending time here. Staff were polite and helpful, we even got a free pint as our room wasn’t quite ready at check in. All in all, a good experience.
No room service available despite saying there is.

The room was one of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in while away on a city break. Beautiful and clean with everything you could need

Good location. Personal, quality B&B feel.
Good food and very helpful and friendly staff.

The dining was good but expensive. The room was lovely overall and the bed very good. The location was superb. I liked the place but found it somewhat pricey in the end.
I found the tea and coffee meagre. Charging £2.50 for a bottle of tap water shocked me when I got the bill.
I don’t appreciate automatic service charges. In the room there were niggles: cheap, mismatched hangars in then wardrobe that still had an open packet of fags dumped in it from a past guest. The concierge had nothing to say apart from a member of staff was getting lucky!
The blinds were broken. A piece of the basin tap pinged off in the bathroom, would have just needed some glue.
Lastly the soundproofing was awful.
I was woken by guests struggling to get intonations their room after a session, the an hour later by midnight cleaning staff. Hoovering after midnight I saw not on. I could even hear the mopping below, and the furniture being moved about.
The WiFi was poor, I’m afraid.
Like I say, small stuff but it all adds up.

The bed was huge and very comfortable with great linens. Great bathroom toiletries supplied. Really cute quirky room that was great for an overnight stay - probably not great for a long stay.
The food served was absolutely delicious both at lunch and breakfast - top quality and one of the best burgers I've ever had. Staff helpful and friendly. Great small place to stay at.
TV quality could have been better as picture was poor. Bedroom was very hot even in early February although fans were provided. Would have been nice to have some opaque coverings at the window under the roman blinds so you could have the window open and not be on full view to the buildings opposite. A fan extractor in the bathroom would have helped the heat in the room.

The hotel staff were fantastic. The bedroom was clean and the bed was comfortable.
There were a lot of stairs to the bedroom, but that is more to do with me than the hotel.

this hotel is well located and very charming.
The bedroom on the 6th floor with no elevator was charming and excellent bedding (kin size) and expensive bathroom (bath tube and shower).
I think it should be noted that this hotel is very vertical and has no elevator. While it wasn't an issue for my daughter and me, it could be one issue to others. We had a small carry on - so it wasn't much of an inconvenience. Had we come with two large suitcases, I would not have the same view on the 6th floor

location
bland room, tiny bathroom, no view, no furniture, tiny tv, bed rickety & broken slats. Breakfast over priced & bland. Carpets ate filthy on main stairs to rooms.

Absolutely fantastic location. Staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious & everywhere was warm & toasty at all times. The roll-top bath was a fab treat!
Our mattress had been placed on top of a wooden box which resulted in 2 hideously uncomfortable nights of broken sleep & numb hips. Please change that bed/mattress & everything would be 10/10 perfect!

The whole property was clean and cozy. Every member of staff were kind, welcoming and helpful. The room was much big than expected, with a very comfortable large bed. Great location for the tube too.
