The hotel has a beautiful view, is clean, and is very quiet.
The breakfast has a limited variety of choices.

Very beautiful modern and spacious suite .
Comfortable beds and pillows.
Good breakfast, breathtaking view , huge veranda over the whole landscape

Restaurant for diner was was excellent local Swiss cuisine . The staff , waitressing was attentive and friendly.
We really appreciate the service that the waitress named Marisa offered us , promo , quick , with humour and enthusiasm other than speed !
The entire hotel is modern as I like
Poor quality toiletries, no kits , no shower cap .
The first night we were frozen they didn’t fix the problem of the hitting in our room through computer. That was unpleasant .
The second night it was warm & nice .
We bumped a few times on the glass box surrounding the shower toilet ecc…
We don’t see so well not being young . We found something in the wardrobe cupboard like 2 stands to sign a path .

Rooms were lovely and easy location for a trip to Luzern
This is a great hotel for golfers - that really is the only guests they’re interested in. We didn’t enjoy the atmosphere and not all staff were polite or helpful
