Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, ich wurde sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen mit frischem Obst und mit einer persönlich geschriebenen Willkommenskarte. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen und mich sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Ich werde nächstes Jahr wieder buchen.

There was a good breakfast selection available including pastries, cereal, fruit, eggs and bacon. It was self service so you could select what you wanted to eat and drink.
The hotel also had a shuttle service that you could use to get into Luzern.
It would have been good if the shuttle service operated for a little longer during the day. It finished too early in the evening. You definitely need some form of transport to get to and from the hotel based on it's location.
There wasn't really anything that I disliked.

La chambre est très confortable, la vue est splendide sur le lac des quatre cantons, la proximité avec lucerne et les principaux lieux touristiques, mais aussi le point de départ de randonnées au sein d'un parc splendide et à côté du golf de Lucerne.
Booking devrait signaler bien plus explicitement que c'est, certes un hôtel 4 étoiles supérieur, mais que c'est surtout un établissement de cure pour les personnes âgées. Après avoir payé la localisation, c'est la direction de l'hôtel qui nous l'a signalé très aimablement par mail avant notre arrivée. Cela ne nous a pas gêné outre mesure pour notre séjour, mais cela pourrait être gênant pour un couple avec de jeunes enfants

I needed a bed as I had travelled miles on my motorbike, it was nearby so that's why I booked it.
It was all elderly people there, I wouldn't have booked if I'd known.
Very expensive to stay but it is Switzerland!
