Terrace with stunning views and the bathtub with great large bed.
Lack of usb plugs, no long mirror to see full outfit

Beautiful room.
Bar staff very slow. No really a view to the lake

We had a beautiful view of Lucerne from our balcony. The bed was comfortable and the staff very helpful
We had to ask for a kettle /tea/ cups in our room. All hotels have coffee/tea in the room but not here.
We asked twice to fix the lighting in our bathroom as they were not functioning but these were not repaired

Location
Upon arrival , the front desk clerk failed to mention that our stay included breakfast, so we missed out on the first day
The bathroom tub/ shower situation was very unsafe . There was no slip guard for large step in tub and it was difficult to get in and out of. The bed and bathroom linens were so rough , it was uncomfortable at best. One of the sink drains didn’t work and one light bar was out I already deleted the photos , but did mention issues to housekeeper and front desk.
