The location is wonderful right by the famous wooden bridge and the room was quiet since it faced a little back street. The room was very well organized and provided for ample place to put our things. We enjoyed the a la carte breakfast that was supplied with coupons we got instead of the typical huge breakfast buffets.
It was hot during part of our stay and desk fan was very small and did not provide that much cooling. Luckily, we were able to open 4 windows which helped greatly.

Great location.
Issues with the staff. Being force to move tables in the restaurant from waterfront to indoors due to staff preference for other guests. Very bad show. Very bad customer service.

The location is ideal for visiting and exploring Lucerne with quick access to so many attractions. The restaurant serves an awesome breakfast with seating provided indoors or outdoors overlooking the bridge/lake. So beautiful!
Staff gave great recommendations.
The Tuesday farmers market is just next to hotel- not to be missed by fruit lovers. The picture with rainbow was taken from my room (city view).
We stayed during moderately warm days so room was not very cool.

Location and view from the balcony were amazing. overlooking the bridge and mountain backdrop, located in the oldtown area. plenty of shopping and restaurants close by.
This is our fault for not checking but there isnt any air-conditioning and with 30+ degree days, the rooms are HOT.
We were supplied with a single Dyson portable "fan" - a ceiling fan would've helped heaps.
The beds were uncomforatable.
