Great swimming pool with different sauna's!

This is best place which I met in Poland to stay and relax! highly recommended

hotel design, nice spa, restaurant and swimming/sauna area, nice option to buy books, cosmetics and other artist’s staff

stains on the couch/ floor; no option to buy a swimsuit

Best place with children.

Pool was not so warm, but not very cold. Reception speaks English terribly..

Food, not clean in swimming pool's changing room, no clear information on available facilities, poor information on meals and prices in Paśnik restaurant, menus not available in room, reception does not know basic information - every person tells different details, small playground outside, crowded breakfast. Also, I needed to pay extra for my 4 old children event though she was in the booking. I will not visit the hotel again.

Very big and cozy, in the countryside. Room was clean and spacious. Buffet dinner and breakfast were very good. Spa area was really nice.

The staff doesn’t speak or understand english very well, that made it difficult to communicate. We stayed in a family room and the bed wasn’t made for the kids.

- bad English - no bathroops in the room, supposed to be - kids bed wasn’t ready, had to wait about 1 h to get kids bedding’s (about 23 o’clock) and check out was al 10 a’clock

Reception not so polite if you not speak polish. Breakfast not healthy. No porridge :) No curtain for day sleep. (quit bright in room morning)

The Hotel was in a good location breakfast was buffet style No toast? many kinds of cheese scrambled eggs sausages bacon beans.No danish pastries or croissants, the food was fresh and well presented, as I said the location of the Hotel, was very good if you like to go for walks semi-rural around the grounds of the hotel .and a great choice if you want a quiet weekend retreat. most of the staff did speak English, so we had no problem on communicating, the Hotel is suitable for disabled people as I am if you are staying in the main building near to reception! as the hotel is made up of three blocks? it's worth noting that each block has a different price per night tariff, the further away from reception the cheaper it is?

I requested a disabled room on this booking, on arrival at the hotel they were somewhat surprised that I was in a wheelchair? I felt that they had issued a room in another block? as I asked to have a room in the main building, the room we were given was clean however was not dressed with towels and had poor lighting there were no bedside tables in-between the beds? the room looked bare, the beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious and dressing gowns were provided. there was ample room in the bathroom for a wheelchair and grab handles fitted near the toilet and sink unit with a tilting mirror.

I really like it’s whole condition - clean, cozy and stylish, spa area is great. The restorant is nice and breakfasts were pretty good too. And one of the best part of our stay is a walking around corral with animals, love it so much and definitely will come back. Special thank to Łukasz for all his help with all issues during our stay and even after it — he really helped us, so much appreciate!

Sometimes it was a bit tough to communicate with the hotel stuff because just only a few workers knew English. There were a few miscommunication situations because of this.

DISAPPOINTING: 1. SIZE OF THE SWIMMING POOL - CHEATING ON PICTURES!! IT IS MUCH SMALLER THAN IN REALITY. 2. RECEPTION STAFF: UNKIND, NOT SMILING AT ALL, TIRED TO SEE ANOTHER CUSTOMER ECT 3. ROOM 018 (F BUILDING) SMELLY, ELECTRICITY NOT WORKING PROPERLY, MISSING PHONE (!), VERY SMALL TV SCREEN 4. 25ZL FOR ROOM SERVICE !!!! (NEVER EVER HEARD OF ADDITIONAL COSTS TO ROOM SERVICE AND THIS ONE IS REALLY EXPENSIVE) 5. CABLE TV PROGRAMS ONLY FEW IN OTHER LANGUAGES, SMALL SELECTION

Location was perfect for us as we stayed one more night after a weeding nearby. Breakfast very tasty, quite good choice of food. Quiet room.

Staff at the reception was uptight. Bread for breakfast was not really fresh (rather one/two days old). Restaurant Paśnik could be better - I got Ceasar Salad with burned garlic on shrimp... We waited a long time (over 15 minutes) for someone to take our order, even though there were not many people in the restaurant. The Restaurant takes orders on 20.30 the latest, so there is no possibility to eat anything after 20.30 if you are late.
