It was an amazing dinner experience. Lavish spread of food in buffet. Multiple cuisines with beautiful decor. Live music band was soulful. Courteous service by the staff. Perfect venue to have a great time. Will surely come back again!

Hotel was very good. Relaxing ambiance, Food quality was very good. Staff from reception department was very helpful. Overall we liked hotel very much and look forward to stay in this hotel again in future whenever visit Agra.

The female staff on reception was very helpful.

1. Filthy shower. 2. Dirty floors. 3. Internet not available in room. 4. No toilet paper. 5. Had to ask for a towel. 6. Taj Mahal too far. Distance not accurate. Poor value

Very big spacious room and toilet.

I arrived at the property at 6am. No early check-in room was available. I told the young night receptionist to let me keep my bag in the reception till I went out to to see Taj and be back afternoon. He was demanding ₹400 for this.(un offially,)!! I was shocked when I noticed that the bed spread, quilt cover and pillows as well as the towels were not fresh and had many staines(see pictures). It looked like after the previous guest left they stretched it back without paying new covers. I had to inform a matured man I'm his early 50's at the reception who immediately said will change. It was obvious for me that they know this and changed only when customer requested to. Appalling!!
