Clean and quiet location not too far to walk to the millennium Centre and mermaid key area.

Handrail in the shower, hot water readily available without waiting.
Ample car parking
The hotel environs of flats and walkways run down . As classed as dog friendly lots of litter and broken glass on strolling around the dock. Evidence of lack of maintenance .
