Bathroom sink was clogged.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay, my friend is a wheelchair user and the staff were exceptional, ensuring our stay was perfect, a big thanks to Lewis, the 2 Victoria’s and Abigail

Cleaner locking us out of the adjoining room which had the disabled toilet in it before we had officially checked out

Location, room spacious, fridge in room was very helpful

Shower wasn’t great

The property was central. Room clean. Breakfast really good

The heating /air condition system was extremely noisy sounded like a washing machine spinning !! Therefore we could not have it on for long periods

Parking but expensive

We had what seem like the mailer boiler for the hotel going off in our room every 2hrs. Woke us up all night.

The hotel is close to Cardiff Central station and at the same time close to the centre of Cardiff. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Everything was perfect

Good location. Really friendly staff who kindly gifted us a drink for my friends birthday. Bathroom was lovely. Price was excellent.

Parking wasn’t available as was already full. Room felt tired, the satin-esque headboard showed a number of marks. Queue for check out/in on the Sunday

I gave 4 months notice to request to move the booking to the following day or to a day that suits the hotel during off peak seasons and they declined and charged me nearly £200 after I told them the reasons why I could not attend that night

The hotel is great and the location is fantastic, The on and off bus was right across the street and we were within walking distance to the train station.

I did not like the price of the breakfast so we did not eat at the hotel.

It was my husband birthday and we were due yo go away for the weekend, but that didn't work out, so I booked this hotel and explained the situation, and without any hesitation, they upgraded us to a larger room with views of the city. 10/10 thank you, radisson blu .

Room service food was average Properly is dated and needs lots of work All the lifts had smashed glass mirrors Someone tried to get In our room in the middle of the night which was scary Stayed two nights and no one came to make beds or take room service tray away from night before Staff dancing in the lift pretty unprofessional Bought a film to watch for £8 and it didn’t even have subtitles on the non English parts Pillows weren’t great Group of men talking very loudly at breakfast about being in the stripers the night before and there were children around

Nothing - our room booking was not honoured and we were told there was no room available despite booking in February! This stay was for our sons graduation and he ended up having to stay there on his own whilst we found alternative accommodation.

Room furnishing was a bit basic

It is located very centrally. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great, lots of high quality options. The standard room was spacious and bathroom was good size as well. Bed was comfy, TV was big.

Inside is a bit dull and dated. Whole hotel needs repainting inside. I have not seen the 4 star details during my stay except the breakfast. Unfortunately no openable windows in the rooms. There was no carpark at the hotel. We had to park opposite shopping malls carpark. 24 hours for £25 is a lot.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. Our room was spacious and comfortable and had beautiful views over Cardiff. We would absolutely stay here again, the central location, which is also near the train station, made getting around easy and comfortable.

Honestly there isn't much I can comment on regarding improvements that could be made. My only suggestion would be a wider range of gluten free items at breakfast as I did struggle in this respect. That being said they did offer bread, cornflakes and two small cakes, which is more than a lot of places.

the first impression when hotel was not good it was filthy we noticed a difference when we checked out was all clean . Room when we entered there was a dirty tissue on the floor and chipped paint wood work. Having to pay £25 for parking on there own grounds is a bit cheeky.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff at check in and in the bar and restaurant. Particular shout out to Lucas who made us so welcome on our arrival. Location excellent. Rooms spacious with great AC and wifi

Big room. Big bed

Was told at check in that breakfast stopped at 10:30. Turned up at 9:45. Everything had been put away. I asked at reception for breakfast to be removed from my bill. Staff refused. Bill was prepaid so I had no recourse.

Location was excellent for access to station and town centre Great panoramic view Courtesy evening drink for our category of room- although not well advertised in hotel
