nice hotel, great location walking distance from shopping malls and harbor and old town/attractions. Clean and spacious room, good breakfast. Restaurant attached to hotel. Public parking close by (reduced fare with hotel).
I had to change a day's date booking and thus re booking the next day, and hotel still charged us for breakfast not taken the first day but well the next.

Great location and exceptionally kind staff, especially Apisit. He was attentive, helpful, and genuinely made me feel heard and well cared for.
The bed was not particularly comfortable, and the TV channels were almost exclusively in Norwegian. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the hotel has a very international clientele. The only English-language channel available was Al Jazeera, which I found surprising given the wide range of international channels available nowadays. It would also be a great improvement to offer access to streaming platforms such as Netflix or Amazon Prime, allowing guests with their own subscriptions to log in and enjoy their preferred content.

Convenient location, clean
Small room, decor a bit ugly, impersonal, crowded breakfast.

The location is great. Slightly off center. Very good breakfast.
The hallway paint job was really upsetting. I have never gotten upset about hallway paintings before, but the loud colors and carpeting was offensive. The rooms were quite small too.
