Friendly staff, good choice for breakfast (but Premier Inn has branded products e.g. Yeo Valley yoghurt), nice bathroom.

Small room, sofa bed, off-site swimming pool, that was being repaired and so we couldn't use it.

Location was brilliant, as were the staff.

The total absence of teaspoons! Calling a limited menu served from the bar a ‘restaurant’ is stretching the truth.

Excellent breakfast. Clean room. Good location and facilities.

Check-in was slow, especially as we had pre-booked. Lifts were crowded.

Very helpful pleasant staff, great location

Even though the room was meant for a family, my 14 year old daughter had to sleep on an incredibly uncomfortable sofa bed, that appeared to be old and broken. Surely a family room should provide beds for all members of the family.

The location was fabulous and the room was a good size.

We were placed in a twin room. We would have preferred a double but when we enquired we were told there was none available

Too warm and stuffy in the room, only one very small window that could be opened a few inches.

Very warm hotel which we did not like and air conditioning in room didn't really cool the room, this is the only fault with the place

Location was very good for access to the brewery quarter where there was a fair selection of food and drink outlets for a nice evening out

Overall experience was very good. Cleaning staff when passing in corridor in morning could not manage to even smile or say good morning as we passed. Struggled to even make eye contact.!!

Good breakfast included. Free swim in pool nearby.

Breakfast was good - lots of variety and the staff were keeping things topped up and tables clean The room was ok

The main bed was relatively small. Not really good for 2 adults. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. The room wasn't very clean - especially the floor had not been vacuumed sufficiently. There was a bit of popcorn on the floor.

Good size room, clean, fresh and contemporary decoration. Good breakfast. Enjoyed having access to the gym and pool. Helpful, friendly and professional staff. Great location. Quiet and calm atmosphere. Comfortable.

Air conditioning was loud but I think that's the case everywhere.

The location was quite good and handy for the shops , and check in was really easy and smooth and staff were polite

The breakfast was not up to usual holiday inn express standards it just felt a little cheap, the products were not good quality

Location was brilliant. Great breakfast.

The way staff dealt with an issue we had with the bedroom was very rude and didn’t seem to care. Opened the bedroom window for ventilation and about 5am the fans fir the air con/heating kicked in (we were on 4th floor next to plant room) could not then have the window open resulting in stuffy room. Told the staff on check out and she said I should have come down at 5am and they would have moved rooms!!

Everything went smoothley, staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great.

A little more furniture for people who are staying more than a day or two.
